| Originally from Pennsylvania,
Will moved to Beaufort, SC in 1993. In 1997, after
a rewarding ten years in the United States Marine
Corps, Will left the Corps to pursue his interests
in real estate investment and business. He founded
two successful businesses in Beaufort, one a real
estate holding company and the other an exercise/
self defense business.
 "There was a time when my family and I only
dreamed of owning our own home. When we finally
did, it was a moment of great pride. As time went
on we began learning the ins and outs of investing
in residential real estate. As the years passed
I found myself wearing the hat of both "buyer" and "seller" on

| Dear Will,
Three years ago, when Jim and I decided to move
to Beaufort for the construction of our Spring Island
home, we quickly decided that Newpoint was not only
a wonderful place to live, but also the most likely
development for easy resale when we needed to move.
And so, a year ago, we eagerly put our Mises Road
house on the market as our construction was nearing
completion. While the 2001 attacks of September
11th and the recent stock market scandals affected
real esate somewhat, we became increasingly dismayed
as we heard day after day that the one sector holding
up the country's economy was housing...both new
construction and resale...and our house wasn't selling.
And so, a few weeks ago, with our real esate contract
due to expire, we considered renting our Newpoint
house so that we could have some breathing room
while we settled into our new home. Distraught,
though, at the thought of being landlords, we decided
our only remaining option was to try listing with
a new realtor.
Our luckiest moment in this Newpoint experience
was when a neighbor mentioned "Will McCullough...I
have no idea how well he does...I only know he's
very serious about selling real estate." What
an understatement! To have a contract in five days
is beyond our wildest dream. Your quick assessment
